What it does

• Detects inbound collab-related requests (sponsorships, partnerships, UGC deals, paid promotions) in DMs using AI intent and routes them for follow-up.

How it works

• Trigger: Messages with AI-detected intent indicating a collab/brand deal offer.
• Actions:
  • Add the conversation to the Collabs: requested folder (ID 11142).
  • Send an alert email with the requester and the message and note the folder status.
  • Pause for 5 seconds.
  • Auto-reply to the sender with a message that the team is reviewing the request and will respond if it fits.

When to use

• Use to ensure every inbound collab inquiry is captured and promptly acknowledged by your team.
• Suitable for brands, agencies, creators, and influencer networks managing partnerships.

Notes

• This automation interrupts incoming messages to flag the new collab request.
• Email alert includes subject format Collab request: @{{contact.username}} | @{{organization.username}} and body referencing the triggering message and the Collabs: requested folder.
• The content, folder ID, and auto-reply can be customized.
