What it does

Turn price questions into sales using a chat-driven flow on Instagram comments.

How it works

• Trigger: when someone comments PRICE on the next post; the automation watches for the keyword in next_post with comment_type "comment_keywords".
• Auto DM: replies with one of three variants:
  • Sent you the details by DM
  • Check your DMs, the details are there
  • Details are in your DMs 🙂
• Quick choice: a button template asks: "This one is €49, sizes S to XL. Want the link, or prefer WhatsApp?" with two buttons: "Send the link" and "Chat on WhatsApp" (expires in 6 hours).
• Product link path: choosing the link sends a conversion link to the Trail jacket page (https://inro.social/?utm_campaign=trail-jacket&utm_content=price-answer) and logs the click in folder 11164 (product_clicked).
• Reminder: if the link isn’t opened, a reminder message is sent: "Have you checked the link yet?".
• WhatsApp path: choosing WhatsApp opens a chat via WhatsApp (wa.me/442079460000) and logs the click in folder 11164 (wa_clicked).

• In posts where customers ask for price and you want to quickly convert with a direct product link or WhatsApp chat.
• To automate lead capture, nurture, and conversion tracking for price-related inquiries.
