What this automation does

AI-assisted Instagram workflow that turns comment engagements into booked calls. It engages commenters who reply with APPLY on the next post, moves them into a quick qualification flow, and surfaces a booking link or resource based on their intent.

• Trigger: comment contains APPLY on the next post.
• Reply options: "Sent, check your DMs", "Just sent it to your DMs", "It's in your DMs now 🙂".
• Qualification: ask "Are you looking to start soon?" with AI-detection; expires in 20 hours; two choices:
  • Yes, soon → tag as Interested (folder 11159), send a team alert email, and present a timed booking link (expires in 2 hours).
  • Not yet → tag as Later (folder 11160) and share the Free Starter Guide.
