What this automation does

• Builds an early-access list for a product drop by listening for keywords in comments on the next post or in story replies.
• Engages interested users with a DM prompt and a postback button to join the list.
• Adds responders to the designated folder (11243) for easy management.
• Collects an email as an optional enhancement with retries and expiry, then confirms enrollment with a follow-up message.
• Works well for launches where you want a fast, opt-in pre-registration list.

How it works

• Triggers:
  • Comment on the next post containing keywords: EARLYACCESS or EARLY ACCESS.
  • Story reply containing keywords.
• Actions:
  • Reply to the comment with one of the variants: "Sent you the details by DM ✨", "Just sent it to your DMs", or "Check your DMs, it's there".
  • Show a button template: "The summer drop isn't live yet. Tap to join the list." with a postback "Add me to the list", expiring in 6 hours.
  • Add the user to folder 11243 (joined).
  • Collect the email with the prompt "You're on the list. Want to add your email too?", expiry 20 hours, max 2 attempts, autoreply enabled; if incorrect, use the provided label: "You're on the list either way. If you meant to send an email, check it and send it again."
  • Send a follow-up thank-you message: "Thanks, got it. You're all set."
