What it does

• Automates sign-ups for a tasting night by listening for comments or story replies containing the keyword GUESTLIST.
• DMs follow-up, invites users to join the guest list via a postback button, and automatically adds new signups to a workflow folder.
• Collects emails to capture RSVPs and sends a confirmation when they join.

How it works

• Trigger 1: Comment on the next post with the keyword GUESTLIST (no reply required).
• Trigger 2: Story reply with the keyword GUESTLIST.
• Action: Auto-reply comment variants:
  • We\'ve sent you a DM 🙂
  • Just sent you the details
  • Check your DMs, we replied there
• Action: Button opener with a postback button labeled Add me to the list; expires after 6 hours.
• Action: When a user taps, they are added to the event\'s joined folder (ID 11244).
• Action: Collect email with prompt You\'re on the list. Want to leave your email too?; expires in 20 hours; max attempts 2; auto-reply enabled.
• Action: Final confirmation message Thanks, got it. You\'re all set. sent after email collection.
