What this automation does

• Converts Instagram comments containing the keyword APPLY into discovery-call bookings.
• Starts a quick qualification flow in DMs and routes warm leads to a calendar link or a helpful asset.

How it works

• Trigger: a comment with the keyword APPLY on the next post.
• Auto-reply variants: Sent! Check your DMs 🙂, Just sent it to your DMs, or It's waiting in your DMs 🙌.
• Opener: a short button prompt “Want to see if 1:1 coaching is right for you? One quick question first.” with a single postback: Sure, ask me (expires in 6 hours).
• Qualification: asks “Where are you at right now?” with two options:
  • Yes, let's talk → adds the lead to the Interested folder (11245), sends an internal alert, and presents a booking link (expires in 2 hours).
  • Just exploring → moves to the Later folder (11246) and shares a Free starter guide.
• Next steps: if the lead chooses yes, a booking link is sent; a reminder may follow. If not ready, provide the resource and keep the lead warm.
