What this automation does

This Instagram flow qualifies and books consultations for custom orders when a follower comments a post with the keyword BESPOKE. It guides the lead from comment to DM, then through a quick pre-qualification question, and finally to a booking link, with a related resource if they’re browsing ideas.

Trigger: comment contains BESPOKE on the next post; the flow interrupts the thread and leaves one of the DM reply variants: Sent you the details by DM ✨, Just sent it to your DMs, or Check your DMs, it’s there.
Quick-start: a button template asks, Want to talk about a custom order? One quick question first., with a postback button labeled Sure, ask me.
Pre-qualification: asks, Do you need it within a month? with options:
- Yes, within a month → moves contact to folder interested, sends an internal email alert, and presents the booking link.
- No rush → moves contact to folder later and shows a Lookbook resource.
Booking flow:
- Booking link: Book a consultation. Link expires in 2 hours.
- If the lead doesn’t book, a reminder is sent: Have you checked the link yet?
Resource flow: the Lookbook link is available as a secondary option: Lookbook, expiry 2 hours.
Internal actions:
- Email alert to the team with lead details and last message.
- Move contact to folders 11249 (interested) or 11250 (later) based on choice.
