Overview
This automation converts DMs that mention RESERVE into a direct appointment booking flow.
How it works
- Trigger: In any conversation, when a user sends a message containing RESERVE (case-insensitive).
- Intro: The bot replies with "You can pick a time and book here."
- Booking link: A booking button is presented using the URL: https://inro.social/?utm_campaign=appointments&utm_content=booking-request-local
The link expires after 2 hours.
- Click tracking: If the user taps the booking link, the action logs a click by adding folder 11258.
- Reminder: If the user doesn’t click within 2 hours, a follow-up message is sent: "No rush. The link is just above if you need it."
When to use
- When you want to drive more booked slots from DMs without manual follow-up.
- Useful for limited availability or time-limited promotions.
