What this automation does

Automatically responds to Instagram comments that mention your EPISODE, delivers the latest episode via Direct Message, and guides followers to play the episode with a timed conversion link. It then saves the lead and nudges a follow-up if they don't open.

How it works

• Trigger: comment on a post (post_type: next_post) with the keyword EPISODE
• Auto-replies: DM variants, such as Sent the episode to your DMs; Check your DMs for the episode; Just sent it to your DMs 🙂
• Opener: a button opener saying Want the full episode? Tap below and its yours, with a Yes, send postback
• Conversion link: a time-limited link Play the episode (expires in 2 hours)
• Lead capture: add the contact to folder 11263
• Follow-up: send a reminder Have you checked the link yet? if not opened within expiry

When to use

• Promote new podcast episodes via IG comments
• Grow DMs and capture interested listeners
• Nurture engaged commenters into listeners

Setup tips

• Ensure the keyword is EPISODE
• Customize reply variants to match your brand
• Adjust expiry to 6 hours and follow-up timing
