What this automation does
Automates FAQ replies from your Instagram profile menu, routing inquiries to the right reply and escalating when needed.
How it works
- Triggers: four icebreakers to start the flow:
- Can I ask you something?
- How can I work with you?
- What does it cost?
- Do you have free resources?
- Routing logic:
- If the message contains work → respond with the 1:1 coaching overview.
- Else if it contains cost → share pricing and payment options.
- Else if it contains free → present a Free resources link (expires in 2 hours).
- Else → escalate to a human reply in the chat.
- Escalation: when no match, an alert is sent to your inbox and the lead is added to a needs-human folder; a human reply is prepared within 24 hours on Instagram.

- You frequently receive routine questions about coaching format, pricing, or freebies.
- You want quick, consistent, accurate replies with a smooth handoff to a human.
