How it works
- Triggers: profile icebreakers with typical questions
- Routing:
- If trigger contains collabs → send answer_1
- Else if trigger contains gear → send answer_2
- Else if trigger contains links → present conversion link answer_3
- Else → offer a human reply and escalate
- Escalation:
- Notifies a human agent via email
- Adds the conversation to a “needs_human” folder for follow-up
