Overview

Automates turning comments that mention a newsletter into new subscribers via a DM-driven signup flow.

How it works

• Trigger: a comment on the next post containing NEWSLETTER.
• Replies: one of these variants is posted in the thread: Sent, check your DMs; Just sent it to your DMs; It's in your DMs now 🙂.
• Opener button: "Want to join the newsletter? Tap below." with a single postback button Yes, send it (expires in 6 hours).
• Conversion link: a signup link labeled "Join the newsletter" (expires in 2 hours).
• On click: the contact is added to folder 11267 for follow-up.
• Reminder: if the link expires, a follow-up message Have you checked the link yet? is sent.

When to use

• To drive quick newsletter signups from engaging comments.
• When you want a DM-first signup flow that funnels to your newsletter page.

Setup tips

• Use the keyword NEWSLETTER to trigger.
• Customize copy variants and the reminder text.
• Verify the signup URL and UTM parameters for attribution.

Notes

• The opener expiry is 6 hours; the conversion link expires after 2 hours. You can adjust timings as needed.
