What this automation does

• Triggers when someone comments with keywords MEALPLAN or MEAL PLAN on the next post.
• Replies to the comment with a quick acknowledgement (examples: Sent! Check your DMs 🙂; Just sent it to your DMs; It’s waiting in your DMs 🙌).
• Opens a prompt with a button: Your free meal plan is ready. Want me to send it here? with a Yes, send button and 6-hour expiry.
• Collects the commenter email in the chat to deliver the plan, with validation and retry limits.
• Sends a conversion link to the free meal plan (UTM-tagged) so the user can view/open it immediately or in DM.
• Adds link activity to a folder for later follow-up and can remind if they haven’t clicked.
• Provides a skip path if the user doesn’t want to share an email.
