What this automation does

Monitors DMs for keywords QUOTEME or QUOTE ME and triggers when a match occurs.
Responds with an intro message: Happy to help! Fill in the form and we'll send your quote.
Presents a conversion link button: Get my quote that opens a quote form and expires after 2 hours.
If the link is clicked, the contact is moved into folder 11275 for follow-up.
If the form isn't completed within the expiry window, a reminder message is sent: Did you get a chance to fill in the form?

Trigger: messages with keywords in any scope; content_filter: keywords; keywords_logic: or; strict_keywords_match: false.
Actions: intro message, conversion link, folder assignment, reminder.
