How it works

• Triggers on urgent/danger intents with ai_detected (any message scope).
• Actions:
  • Email alert: subject includes the user and organization; content with guidance and a link to open the chat.
  • Internal holding reply: informs the sender that the team has been alerted and provides emergency guidance.
  • Folder routing: adds the conversation to the Needs Human folder for escalation.

When to use

• For health, safety, or security inquiries in DMs that require fast human triage.

Tips

• Ensure email delivery is configured and usernames exist for personalized subjects.
