AI DM replies to comments

What it does
- Detects real questions in comments about the post, product, or service (e.g., how it works, price, sizes, or how to book). Not a tag, emoji, compliment, or single keyword.
- When detected on the next post, it auto-comments a prompt to continue in DMs. Comment variants:
- Good question! Check your DMs
- Replied to you by DM
- Just sent you a DM 🙂
- In DMs, an AI-generated answer is sent as a concise reply (length configurable, e.g., 25 units).
- The interaction is tracked by moving the item to the folder “asked” (ID 11289) for follow-up.
How it works
- Trigger: a comment is detected as a real-question intent on the next post; ai_detected; replies not allowed from the comment.
- Actions: (1) post a comment variant, (2) send an agent DM with the answer (25-unit length), (3) add to folder 11289.
When to use
- Use to quickly convert comments into private, helpful conversations.
- Ideal for inquiries about pricing, availability, sizes, or booking.
Setup tips
- Review and tailor ai_intent and agent_message_length to fit your brand.
- Customize the reply_variants to match your tone.
- Pair with a follow-up plan in the folder for timely responses.
