Answer price DMs with your price list

Automated price replies in DMs

By inro.social

What this automation does

• Detects price inquiries in Instagram DMs and responds with a ready-to-use price list option and a WhatsApp chat option.
• Opens with: "Prices start from €49. Want the price list, or WhatsApp?" and presents two buttons: Send the link and Chat on WhatsApp.
• Uses conversion links to surface the price list and to start a WhatsApp chat:
  • Price list: See the prices (expires in 2 hours)
  • WhatsApp: Continue on WhatsApp (expires in 2 hours)
• Tracks interactions by logging actions to folders (e.g., product_clicked, wa_clicked) for reporting and follow-up.
• If the lead hasn’t clicked either option within the expiry window, a reminder message is sent: "Have you checked the link yet?"
