What it does

- Sends a final confirmation message when the entry is recorded.

How it works
- A commenter tags someone to start the process.
- The bot replies with follow-up steps and the option to follow; if followed within 24 hours, the entry flow continues.
- Email collection has 20-hour expiry and up to 2 attempts; invalid emails prompt a retry.
- On successful entry, the contact is moved to the Entered folder, and a confirmation is sent.
