This automation engages Instagram DMs that include the trigger keyword COACHME, screens leads with an AI decision, and guides hot prospects to book a call. Use it to speed up qualification and convert DMs into scheduled appointments.

How it works

• Trigger: when a message contains COACHME (any scope, content filter: keywords).
• Initial reply: "Thanks for your message! What would you like help with?".
• Wait: up to 20 hours for a reply.
• AI decision: True when the lead shows intent to start soon (asks about price, availability, or a call, or describes a problem the program solves); False when browsing, off-topic, or says later/no budget.
• If fit:
  • Move to the Qualified folder (id 11165).
  • Send an alert email with the lead snippet and next steps.
  • Present a booking link with a 2-hour expiry: Book a call.
• If not fit:
  • Move to the Nurture folder (id 11166).
  • Provide a nurture option: Free starter guide (2-hour expiry).
• Reminders & nurture:
  • If the book link expires, send a reminder: “Have you checked the link yet?”
  • If nurtured, follow with the nurture link.
