What this automation does
- Turns qualifying Instagram comments into leads by guiding users to a free guide via DM.
- Trigger: a comment containing the keyword GUIDE on the next post (replies to the comment are not allowed).
- Reply flow: auto-post a reply using one of three variants:
- Sent, check your DMs
- Just sent it to your DMs
- It's in your DMs now :)
- CTA: a button with the prompt "Want the free guide? Tap below and it's yours.", with a postback option "Yes, send it" (expires in 6 hours).
- Conversion link: a link to the guide (https://inro.social/?utm_campaign=free-guide&utm_content=comment-link) that opens in DM flow; it expires in 2 hours and tracks clicks (conversion_link_id 22909).
- Organization: a click adds the contact to folder 11137 for easy reporting.
- Follow-up: if the link isn’t opened within the window, a reminder message "Have you checked the link yet?" is sent.
