By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service Description

Inrō is a marketing automation platform designed to help businesses and individuals automate their social media marketing, specifically through integration with Instagram.

3. User Requirements

• Age Restriction: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 13, you are not authorized to use the Service.
• Account Registration: To access the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and current information, including your name and email address.
• Geographic Restrictions: The Service is available worldwide, and there are no geographic restrictions on access.

4. Payment and Subscriptions

• Free Plan: A free plan is available with a monthly usage limit.
• Paid Plan: Paid subscriptions are available on a monthly or yearly basis. The price for the paid plan depends on usage.
• Payments: All payments for paid plans are processed through Stripe.
• Refund Policy: No refunds will be provided for subscription periods that have already begun.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that violates Instagram's Platform Terms and Community Guidelines, including but not limited to:

• Spamming or scraping Instagram content
• Impersonating others or engaging in fake engagement
• Violating intellectual property rights or privacy laws
• Harassment or malicious activity

We may suspend or terminate your account if we determine that you have violated any of these terms.

6. Content and Data

• Ownership: You retain ownership of all content that you create through the Service.
• Access to Data: We may request your consent to access your data for support or troubleshooting purposes.
• Integration with Meta’s API: The Service integrates with Meta’s API, and your use of the Service is subject to Meta’s terms and policies.

7. Availability and Support

• Uptime Guarantee: We guarantee 99% uptime for the Service, subject to maintenance, force majeure, and other factors beyond our control.
• Support: Support is available via chat during business hours (Paris time). Response time may vary based on the nature of the inquiry with a maximum of 24 hours (in business hours).

8. Termination

• User Termination: You may delete your account at any time by following the instructions provided in the Service.
• Suspension or Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or Instagram’s Platform Terms and Community Guidelines.

9. Legal Details

• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with French law.
• Jurisdiction: Any disputes related to these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in Paris, France.
• Limitation of Liability: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
• No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Service: While we strive to provide continuous service, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for how you use the Service and for any consequences arising from your use.
• External Services: We are not responsible for any issues caused by external services, such as Instagram.
• Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or legal costs arising from:
  • Your violation of any laws while using the Service
  • Your breach of Instagram’s terms or these Terms
  • Any actions that result in claims or legal costs for us.

10. Miscellaneous

• Amendments: We may amend these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of any significant changes. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms will remain in effect.
• Assignment: We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party without notice to you. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.
